Partly Facetious: Imran can always improvise
"Imran Khan has a lot to learn."
"I thought he was winning the battle that was initiated by the Nawaz league.
I mean there is no way that anyone in this country wants the hospital to close down and it may if enough funds are not collected during the month of Ramazan, the month where we Muslims donate the maximum."
"You mean the thousands getting free medical treatment would not be able to unless money is collected, I agree, but that is not what I was referring to."
"If you reckon Imran Khan should not have used the good work he did in the hospital as an example of his inherent commitment to the poor people then I would agree, I mean the Sharif brothers have Ittefaq and they don't talk about it."
"Well opinion is divided on that but that too was not why I said Imran Khan has a lot to learn."
"Well if Imran heaps abuse and allegations against the Sharif's they were bound to retaliate right?"
"Right but can I please ask our politicians not to cite obscure or not so obscure foreign authors or journalists as proof positive of corruption charges against each other. I mean either bring the proof or let it be, citing books and articles and then saying since the accused did not go to court for defamation therefore presuming that the accused is guilty is not kosher. What if I don't go to court because I don't want to get engaged in some lengthy legal process?"
"Well I think the Brothers Sharif has an entire team of lawyers and some of them don't charge them a penny so perhaps they should take note of written allegations."
"But are those any good? I mean I recall recently a lawyer charged one rupee for a big case..."
"And that lawyer is pretty good."
"To be a good lawyer does not imply good or bad arguments, good or bad intellect, but it's about winning or losing."
"That is precisely what my point was all along with respect to Imran Khan having a lot to learn. If he wants to win he needs to take on board not only the electables as he has been doing of late but also the undelectables."
"Sorry?"
"He needs some with big mouths, who can hurl 1000insults to a minute. See Zardari sahib has an entire team, some women, some men - he is an equal opportunity employer, and Nawaz Sharif has mainly men, with the exception of Tehmina Daultana, but Imran Khan has none."
"So who should he hire?"
"I hear two of the undelectables are looking for patrons."
"Who?"
"One was a former law minister and another was a former railway minister."
"I trust Khan will take your advice. If he gets those two the PML (N) and the PPP will be so busy defending themselves that they would have no time for electioneering."
